The Virtual Administrator (Full-time) leads resources in the planning, development, acquisition, implementation and support of client projects. The Virtual Administrator must also enjoy challenging projects and will be responsible for full life cycle of each project and may be responsible for managing several projects at once.

This position requires at least 5 years experience in a consulting role as opposed to someone with strictly administration experience. The ideal candidate is a professional, technically adept team-player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication and customer service skills, and strong organizational skills necessary to handle multiple tasks.
The Duties and Responsibilities of the Technical Analyst, Cisco Voice Specialist includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Planning, design, and implementation of data / voice networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Cisco data / voice networks.
- Acts as a key participant in project planning, tracking and coordinating.
- Documentation and operational support guidelines.
- Continued education / certification.
The ideal candidate possesses the following experience, skills, and attributes:
- Five plus (5+) years experience as a consultant working within a Cisco data / voice environment with proven experience leading engineering efforts primarily with Cisco CallManager Server and Cisco CallManager Express is required.
- Degree in a computer or engineering related field or significant experience in lieu of a degree with certifications is required.
- Understanding of traditional telecommunications preferred.
- Exposure to Cisco Unity Server and Cisco Unity Express is preferred but not required.
- Solid background in network fundamentals to include DNS and basic Windows Server systems administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communications.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Cisco CCNA is preferred.
- CCDA, CCNP, or CCVP is an asset.
- Strong Background in Windows, Active Directory and Exchange is desired.
The position requires the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Some regional travel and time flexibility to accommodate client outages is required. On call duties may be required.

Technical Architect, Microsoft Exchange Specialist:

This full time position can be based in Fredericton or Moncton, NB depending on the applicant’s preference.
We are seeking a specialist with at least 5 years of design and implementation experience with Exchange. The ideal candidate is a professional, technically adept team-player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
The Duties and Responsibilities of the Technical Architect, Microsoft Exchange Specialist includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Design and implementation of Enterprise Exchange 2003 and 2007 environments
- Migration to Exchange 2007 from 2003.
- Perform tasks related to Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 engineering and operational functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with SMTP Gateways, SPAM filtering, Exchange and Outlook mail infrastructure and applications.
- Acts as a key participant or lead in project planning, tracking and coordinating.
- Integrate wireless electronic messaging technologies such as Blackberry and Outlook Mobile Access/ActiveSync and Live Communication Server with Microsoft Exchange.
- Documentation and operational support guidelines
The ideal candidate possesses the following experience, skills, and experience:
- Five plus (5+) years experience working within a Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003 environment with proven experience in implementation and migration of clients to Exchange 2003 and 2007 is required.
- Exchange Backup and recovery experience is required.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification (MCSE+ Exchange 2003) desired, MCP in relevant areas as a minimum.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Solid background in network fundamentals to include DNS and basic Windows Server systems administration.
- Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server and Live Communications Server is an asset.
