Bulletproof Solutions, Atlantic Canada’s Trusted Information Technology Company, seeks a highly energetic and team oriented individual for the position of Virtual Administrator. This one (1) year term position is located in Fredericton, NB.
The Duties and Responsibilities of the Virtual Administrator include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting clients located around the world, in an E-Learning environment.
- Being part of a team that plans, develops, implements, and supports clients in an E-Learning environment.
- Responding, in a timely fashion, to customer requests by phone or e-mail.
- Creating/running custom and routine reports for customers.
- Working in several projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate possesses the following abilities, skills, and experience:
- An advanced level in Microsoft Excel is required.
- A proficient level of desktop applications (Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to write without grammar or spelling mistakes.
- Capable of accommodating last-minute critical requests.
- Possesses strong dynamic problem-solving skills when interacting with clients and/or learners.
- Professional manner with strong interpersonal skills; a team player and a relationship builder.
- A college certificate or diploma in Computer Science, E-Learning or related field.
- A Microsoft MCAS certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Experience with managing projects for remote customers in a virtual team environment is an asset.
- Experience in an E-Learning environment is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
The position requires the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner. The ideal candidate would enjoy challenging projects.

Bulletproof Solutions, Atlantic Canada’s Trusted Information Technology Company, seeks a highly energetic and team oriented individual for the fulltime position of Senior SharePoint Resource to work in our Fredericton or Moncton office.
The candidate must have the following skills:
- Be able to design and document an appropriate SharePoint solution based on the defined information architecture, functional and non-functional requirements of the clients;
- Be able to work with SharePoint web service, SPS/MOSS API, MOSS Business Data Catalogue;
- Be able to administer and troubleshoot advanced SharePoint workflows;
- Be able to provide SharePoint technical expertise regarding the unique features and constraints of SharePoint;
- Be able to work closely with developers, business analysts and enterprise architects to understand and master details of the business and technology strategy;
- Be able to participate in application development and design architecture, identify content types, file structures;
- Be able to develop workflows, InfoPath forms and applications with SharePoint Services, MOSS, MS-OFFICE tools, .NET, and SQL-Server;
- Be able to use of Active Directory for role based authentication procedures, SharePoint quality assurance procedures, SharePoint records management policies and content taxonomy extension procedures;
- Be able to integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft Products;
- Be able to develop SharePoint based applications using Visual Studio .NET / SharePoint Designer.
Education/Experience:
- Completion of an undergrad degree program in Computer Science or recognized equivalent required
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft’s current Office SharePoint Server 2007 platform and supporting technologies including:
- SQL Server 2000/2005
- Internet Information Server 6.0
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint
- Windows Workflow Foundation
- Server farm design concepts
- Windows networking principles
- Strong SharePoint 2007 implementation/migration experience
- A minimum of 3 years of SharePoint portal enterprise deployment
- A minimum of 5 years software engineering and system architecture experience
- A minimum of 3 years of .NET development experience, with focus on ASP.NET and C#
- Experience in information architecture and knowledge management solutions
- In depth understanding of physical and logical server architectures for Share Point
- Strong C#/VB.net, ASP.NET (master pages, web parts, provider model, ADO.NET), SQL Server, IIS
- Knowledge of the .NET Framework and experience working in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- SharePoint knowledge should include proven strength in architectural design, Web Parts development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
- AJAX, JavaScript, SQL ,XML XSLT, and Web Services experience is essential
