You can use the 100 Essential Skills for Geeks as a How-To guide or a litmus test for your own geekiness. It includes:

• Understand what “There’s no Place Like 127.0.0.1″ means. (That's an easy one)
• Use any piece of technology intuitively, without instruction or prior knowledge.
• Reciting key scenes from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Some of the items are more geeky than others:

• Bypass a computer password on all major operating systems
• Have a documented plan on what to do during a zombie or robot uprising.
• Hide a File Behind a JPEG.

I'm not ashamed to say that I'm motivated to accomplish all 100.
