Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: The ISR will provide support for pre-sale activities as an integral part of the sales team. Generate incremental sales through preparation of product quotes, extensive phone contact with suppliers/distributors, providing product application assistance, helping customers with inquiries on product configurations and account management. Support and assist Sales team in customer related activities. Actively promote and secure add-on orders. Initiate contact and build relationships with strategic customers. Support the outside Account Managers with pricing information and research to produce quotations and proposal responses. The ISR will also respond to IT product inquiries from customers.

The Duties and Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Rep include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Work with all levels of purchasing to deal with price acquisition, stock availability, delivery tracking and follow-up for resale and internal requirements
2. Support outside Account Managers sales efforts with product pricing quotes
3. Work effectively as a team member.
4. Apply troubleshooting skills
5. Perform required tasks with limited supervision
6. Knowledge of software and or hardware availability through distribution
7. Keep up to date and transfer knowledge updates to sales team on vendor licensing models
8. Internal controls for ensuring the safeguarding of company assets
9. Respond to client and account managers inquiries in timely manner

• Be able to design and document an appropriate SharePoint solution based on the defined information architecture, functional and non-functional requirements of the clients;
• Be able to work with SharePoint web service, SPS/MOSS API, MOSS Business Data Catalogue;
• Be able to administer and troubleshoot advanced SharePoint workflows;
• Be able to provide SharePoint technical expertise regarding the unique features and constraints of SharePoint;
• Be able to work closely with developers, business analysts and enterprise architects to understand and master details of the business and technology strategy;
