Job Summary: The ISR will provide support for pre-sale activities as an integral part of the sales team. Generate incremental sales through preparation of product quotes, extensive phone contact with suppliers/distributors, providing product application assistance, helping customers with inquiries on product configurations and account management. Support and assist Sales team in customer related activities. Actively promote and secure add-on orders. Initiate contact and build relationships with strategic customers.
